The degree of Jewish influence in the US is probably similar to what it used to be in Europe before WW II. It's just a common fact that is based on history and everyone can explain it his own democratic way. Please inform us about Jewish influence in Europe before WWII. As far as I know, France had its Dreyfuss affair, Mayor of Vienna Lueger was an outright anti-semite, future president of Czechoslovakia Masaryk received death threats after he opposed "blood-libels" and some of leaders of socialist revolution in post WWI Germany were quickly murdered by nationalist Germans for being Jewish. If Jews have significant power in the US it is because the US are a pure democratic meritocracy.

You are wrong. Meritocracy doesn't mean affirmative action, but simply a society which chooses its leaders based on merits and skills. American Indians (immigrants from Indian subcontinent) and American Chinese are on the right track to become quite successful and respected minority. HOLY SHIT! This has to be the most interesting interpretation of the origin of a cartoon that I have ever heard. It's an interesting theory, but, Tom & Jerry wasn't created in Europe, as far as I know, it's a U.S. cartoon. Doesn't make any sense to me. But since Iranians are all brainwashed anyway. I stopped watching after 22 seconds: Tom & Jerry wasn't even made by Disney, but by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera for metro-Goldwin-Mayer. Therefore any attempt to link this lovely cartoon with some imaginary Disney Jewish conspiracy fails
